• Reasons for collecting the data

Rototherm collects personal data from customers as required to process enquiries, orders requests for inclusion mailings to impart information on products and services

• Data disclosure to Third Parties

Rototherm use Mailchimp to automate mailings to customers with relevant information on products and services. Rototherm have signed on 22 May 2018 a Data Proccessing Agreement with Mailchimp confirming that Mailchimp comply with the GDPR regulations which come into effect on 25 May 2018. Data will be stored in the US under the US-EU data Shield.

• Basis for the processing of the data

The data is processed to inform customers of products and services relevant to their businesses based on consent from the customers to receive this information. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.

• Period for which the data will be stored

• The data will be retained by Rototherm for the period that the customer relationship continues or the customer requests erasure.

• Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe have confirmed that they will process and store the information in compliance with the requirements of GDPR and will use the US-EU Data Shield

• The rights of the individuals under the GDPR

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform you if we would like to use your data for such purposes or if we would like to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. Access to information
